Providing false information is a serious violation and will result in immediate Account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
To access pass77 services, you must create an Account by providing accurate personal information including full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You may only register one Account per person. Multiple Accounts, duplicate registrations, or accounts created using false identities are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your Account details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized such activity. pass77 is required to verify your identity in accordance with KYC regulations. You may be asked to submit copies of government-issued identification (Indonesian KTP, passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within the last 3 months), and proof of payment method (bank statement showing account holder name). You may request withdrawals only to a bank account registered in your name and verified during the KYC process. Withdrawal processing times are typically 1-4 hours during business hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 WIB). Weekend withdrawal requests are processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and may take up to 24 hours.
To prevent money laundering, deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms. pass77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals. pass77 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. Currency conversion fees do not apply as all transactions are conducted in IDR.

Wagering requirements specify how many times you must wager bonus funds before they become withdrawable. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering: slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10-20%, and some games may not contribute at all.
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, coordinated betting to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting system errors, is strictly prohibited. pass77 reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse winnings, and close Accounts if bonus abuse is detected.
A bet is deemed accepted once it appears in your betting history with a confirmed status. pass77 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, technical errors, or if accepting the bet would exceed our liability limits. Bets placed on events affected by obvious pricing errors or technical malfunctions may be voided.
Sports betting includes pre-match and live in-play betting on football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League), basketball, tennis, badminton, and other sports. pass77 strives to maintain Platform availability 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary service disruptions. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Platform downtime.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. pass77 does not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses. You use the Platform at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, pass77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your Account during the 90 days preceding the claim.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services (game providers, payment processors). pass77 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party sites and services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions.
pass77 may temporarily suspend your Account if we suspect violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or if additional verification is required. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets or withdraw funds until the matter is resolved.
We reserve the right to terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or if we reasonably believe your Account poses a risk to our operations or other users. Upon termination, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses and winnings from fraudulent activity) will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to pass77.
You may request voluntary self-exclusion for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. During self-exclusion, you cannot access your Account or receive promotional materials. You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your verified bank account within 7 business days after settlement of all pending bets.
